Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us through the inquiry form or by email:
- your names and email address;
- the date, place and type of your event, the services you're interested in and an approximate budget;
- anything you choose to write in your message.
We don't ask for sensitive information and we don't buy or sell data.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, check availability and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). If we work together, contract and accounting records are kept as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted by [hosting provider, e.g. Vercel Inc.], and form messages are delivered to our inbox by [email provider, e.g. Resend]. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after [24 months after our last contact, unless we work together]. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to fempirealphotography@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
